In this effort, you will mail aliquots of either Wolbachia PCR products or Qiagen DNA templates (only those species that were positive for Wolbachia and when the controls worked perfectly) to the lab. Please coordinate with us in advance of shipping the templates to the MBL. Within a couple of weeks, we will send you sequences back or upload them on a website for retrieval so that you and your students can use these sequences in the Lab 5 DNA Sequence Analysis (Bioinformatics), in place of the already provided sequence in that lab.
